With over 25 years in leadership positions in Norwegian and international companies, including over 15 years of board service and extensive experience as mentor and NLP coach, I take on carefully selected board positions in listed and privately owned companies of a certain size.
I have a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration. I am an Accredited Financial Analyst and a certified NLP-coach.
In 2017 I established Cebima AS that specialises in Executive Coaching, Mentoring and Advisory for top-leaders and shareholders, as well as Board Directorships and Advisory Board service. Tailored deliveries ensure that identified challenges are resolved efficiently, and allow to deliver both short and long term value.
